Staining of BALB/c splenocytes with Anti-Mouse CD4 PE-eFluor® 610 (Product # 61-0042-82) and 1.0 µg of Rat IgG2a K Isotype Control FITC (Product # 11-4321-42) (left) or 1.0 µg of Anti-Mouse TIGIT FITC (right), followed by intracellular staining with Anti-Mouse/Rat Foxp3 eFluor® 450 (Product # 48-5773-82). Description: The monoclonal rat IgG2a, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Applications Reported:This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and can be used at 5 µL for the catalog number ending in -41 or -42 and 20µL/test for the product ending in -73 per test. Each test size contains 0.5 µg. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
