Normal human peripheral blood cells were stained with CD19 Monoclonal Antibody, APC (Product # 17-0199-42) and staining buffer (Autofluorescence) or Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control, PE-Cyanine5.5 (Product # 35-4714-82)(right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Mouse IgG1 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
