1X10^6 TNF-alpha treated HUVEC cells were surface stained with 0.25 µg Anti-Human CD106 (Product # 65049-1-IG, Clone: 1.G11B1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1,000 (green), or stained with 0.25 µg mouse IgG1 isotype control and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1,000 (black). Cells were not fixed.
