ATRIP Antibody (PA1-519) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of ATRIP was performed using 70% confluent log phase HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Target Information
ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein that is phosphorylated by ATR, regulates ATR expression, and is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. It localizes to the intranuclear foci after DNA damage or inhibition of replication.
