Western blot analysis of Adenosine Deaminase in lysates from zebra fish brain and Zebrafish tissue lysate (from left to right). Samples were incubated with Adenosine Deaminase polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72657) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.

Modulates signaling by extracellular adenosine, and so contributes indirectly to cellular signaling events. May act as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation.
