ApoA1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of ApoA1 in 293 cell lysates. Samples were incubated with ApoA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-14310). Lysates: 2 µg/lane. 293 cell lysates either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the APOA1 gene.

ApoA1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of ApoA1 in HepG2 cell line lysates. Samples were incubated with ApoA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-14310). Lysates: 35 µg/lane. APOA1(arrow).
