          CRK Antibody (BIOTIN-67035) in ELISA

Biotin-67035 tested by ELISA. Ag28793 (CRK 41-304 aa) was coated onto microtiter plates at 0.15 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of Biotin-67035 (start dilution 1:500). Bound antibodies were detected with Streptavidin Poly-HRP (1:5,000) followed by incubation with HRP Substrate, terminated with 2M H2SO4, then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Target Information

The Crk-I and Crk-II forms differ in their biological activities. Crk-II has less transforming activity than Crk-I. Crk- II mediates attachment-induced MAPK8 activation, membrane ruffling and cell motility in a Rac-dependent manner. Involved in phagocytosis of apoptotic cells and cell motility via its interaction with DOCK1 and DOCK4. May regulate the EFNA5-EPHA3 signaling.
