CAR Antibody (PA5-47364) in WB
Western blot analysis of CAR in mouse liver tissue and mouse embryo tissue. Samples were incubated in CAR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47364) using a dilution of 0.25 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CXADR at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
