Flow cytometry of CD32 in red cell lysed bovine blood. Sample was incubated with CD32 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-28347) and gated on mononuclear cells. Figures are arranged as follows: A) FITC conjugated mouse anti bovine CD282 and RPE conjugated mouse IgG1 isotype control. Mouse anti Bovine CD32 antibody, clone CCG36 recognizes the bovine homologue of human CD32, one of a group of Fc receptors belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and involved in phagocytosis of opsonized microbes.
Reconstitute with 1.0 mL distilled water.

This gene encodes one member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
