CD79b Antibody (PA5-96041) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD79b in paraffin-embedded mouse spleen. Samples were incubated with CD79b Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96041) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
