Cathepsin D Antibody (PA5-17353) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1) MCF7 (Lane 2), Panc-1 (Lane 3) and U-937 (Lane 4). The blot was probed with anti-Cathepsin D Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17353, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 37 kDa band corresponding to Cathepsin D was detected across the cell lines tested.
