Centrin 1 Antibody (MA5-26666) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded carcinoma of human pancreas tissue. To expose target proteins, 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a CETN1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26666).

This protein is localized to the centrosome of interphase cells, and redistributes to the region of the spindle poles during mitosis, reflecting the dynamic behavior of the centrosome during the cell cycle.
