Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-E2F8 antibody A303-039A (lot A303-039A-2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. E2F8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-E2F8 antibodies BL11013 and BL11014. For blotting immunoprecipitated E2F8, A303-039A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-E2F8 antibody (Product # A303-039A; lot A303-039A-3) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. E2F8 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A303-039A-2). For blotting immunoprecipitated E2F8, Product # A303-039A was used at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
