ECE1 Antibody (MA5-24016) in Flow
Flow cytometry of ECE1 in MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. Samples were incubated in ECE1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24016) or isotype control antibody followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab)2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
