Western blot analysis of FCN1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with FCN1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109718) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
M-Ficolin (Ficolin-1) is a non-serum protein that is expressed in leukocytes and lung. M-Ficolin precipitates with mannose-binding lectin (MBL)-associated serine proteases (MASP)-1 and MASP-2, indicating that M-Ficolin forms complexes with MASP-1 and MASP-2, recognizes certain types of bacteria and subsequently activates the lectin pathway.
