FOXA1 Antibody (PA5-79281) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-FOXA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-79281) and a 49 kDa band corresponding to FOXA1 was observed across cell lines tested except SW480, HCT 116 and SH-SY5Y which are reported to be low. An unspecified band around 20 kDa has also been observed. This gene encodes a member of the forkhead class of DNA-binding proteins. These hepatocyte nuclear factors are transcriptional activators for liver-specific transcripts such as albumin and transthyretin, and they also interact with chromatin.
