FOXC2 Antibody (712371) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of SW480 (Lane 1), Caco-2 (Lane 2) and HT-29 (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-FOXC2 Recombinant Rabbit Superclonal™ Antibody (Product # 712371, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution). A ~60 kDa band corresponding to FOXC2 was observed across the cell lines tested.
