Fra2 Antibody (MA5-27193) in WB

Western blot was performed using Anti-Fra2 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI7E4) (Product # MA5-27193) and a ~50 kDa band corresponding to FOSL2 was observed in cell lines tested except in U-2 OS, HEK 293 and K-562. Fra2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot was performed using Anti-Fra2 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI7E4) (Product # MA5-27193) and a ~50 kDa band corresponding to FOSL2 was observed in cell lines tested except in U-2 OS, HEK 293 and K-562. The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A28177, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).

Fra2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of FOSL2 in 293T, MCF7, PC12, LOVO, HeLa, A549 cells using 35 µg per lane. Samples were probed with FOSL2 (Product # MA5-27193) monoclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:500.

Fra2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of FOSL2 in HEK293T cells in untransfected (Left lane) and transfected (Right lane) samples using 5 µg per lane. The samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and probed with FOSL2 (Product # MA5-27193) monoclonal antibody.

The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.
