GADD45G Antibody (PA5-87776) in WB
Western blot analysis of GADD45G in extracts of RAW264.7 cells. Samples were incubated with GADD45G Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-87776) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 5 min.

The protein encoded by this gene responds to environmental stresses by mediating activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase. The GADD45G is highly expressed in placenta.
