HPGDS Antibody (MA5-24347) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HPGDS in immersion fixed HEL 92.1.7 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in HPGDS monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24347) using a dilution of 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
