HSP105 Antibody (PA5-79418) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HSPH1 using anti-HSPH1 antibody (Product # PA5-79418) . HSPH1 was detected in a section of A549 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 5μg/mL rabbit anti-HSPH1 antibody (Product # PA5-79418) overnight at 4°C.
