IGF2BP1 Antibody (PA5-89310) in WB
Western blot analysis of IGF2BP1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with IGF2BP1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89310) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

IGF2BP1 is a member of the insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein family. The protein contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognition motifs. It functions by binding to the mRNAs of certain genes, including insulin-like growth factor 2, beta-actin and beta-transducin repeat-containing protein, and regulating their translation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
