KHK Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of KHK in multiple sample types using a KHK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112588) at a concentration of 3.6 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Mouse liver tissue, Lane 2: Mouse kidney tissue, Lane 3: Rat kidney tissue.

KHK Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation analysis of KHK in Mouse liver tissue using a Polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-112588). Samples were treated with 8 µg of the primary antibody and an HRP-conjugated Protein G secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:2,000. Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG, Lane 2: 500 µg of Mouse liver tissue, Lane 3: 10 µg of Mouse liver tissue.
