LAP2 beta/TMPO Antibody (A304-840A-T) in WB
Detection of human LAP2 beta by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-LAP2 beta antibody A304-840A-M (lot A304-840A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Lamina-associated polypeptide 2 (LAP2), isoform beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TMPO gene. LAP2 is an inner nuclear membrane (INM) protein. LAP2 plays a role in the regulation of nuclear architecture by binding lamin B1 and chromosomes. This interaction is regulated by phosphorylation during mitosis.
