LCMT1 Antibody (MA5-18059) in WB
Western blot analysis of LCMT1 in NIH Puro lysate. Run on 4-12% Bis-Tris 2D gel in 1x MOPS running buffer and transferred to 0.45 µm nitrocellulose. Membrane probed with LCMT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18059) followed by Anti-mouse IgG (whole molecule)-AP conjugate at a dilution of 1:2,000. Detection with BCIP/NBT substrate.

Perlecan is found in basement membranes where it contributes to the permeability characteristics, serves as a substrate for vascular cells and binds growth factors involved in vascular remodelling.
