Samples was treated with Citrate buffer (pH 6, 15 min) for antigen retrieval and incubated in LHX3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117410) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by DAPI.

Samples was treated with Citrate buffer (pH 6, 15 min) for antigen retrieval and incubated in LHX3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117410) using a dilution of 1:250, followed by DAPI.

LHX3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of LHX3 in Mouse tissue extract (50 µg). Samples were separated with 12% SDS-PAGE and incubated in LHX3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117410) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.

This gene encodes a member a large protein family which carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein is a transcription factor that is required for pituitary development and motor neuron specification. Mutations in this gene have been associated with a syndrome of combined pituitary hormone deficiency and rigid cervical spine. Two transcripts variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
