LIM1 Antibody (PA5-120545) in WB
Western blot analysis of LIM1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with LIM1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120545) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

This gene encodes a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. A similar protein in mice is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
