LRP130 Antibody (MA5-57958) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of LRP130 using Hep G2 cells. The cells were incubated using 1:400 dilution with LRP130 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57958) (100x lens). Followed by further incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a 1:500 dilution (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). This gene encodes a deadenylase that functions as the catalytic subunit of the polyadenylate binding protein dependent poly(A) nuclease complex. The encoded protein is a magnesium dependent 3' to 5' exoribonuclease that is involved in the degradation of cytoplasmic mRNAs. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
