MEA1 Antibody (A305-779A) in IP
Detection of human MEA1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MEA1 antibody (A305-779A lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MEA1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MEA1 antibody A305-780A. For blotting immunoprecipitated MEA1, A305-779A was used at 0.4 mg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
