NOL9 Antibody (PA5-103988) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of NOL9 in rat testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with NOL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103988) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

NOL9 is a polynucleotide 5'-kinase involved in rRNA processing. The kinase activity is required for the processing of the 32S precursor into 5.8S and 28S rRNAs, more specifically for the generation of the major 5.8S(S) form. In vitro, it has both DNA and RNA 5'-kinase activities and probably binds RNA.
