Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PBRM1 antibody A301-591A (lot A301-591A-4) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PBRM1 antibody A301-591A (lot A301-591A-4) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. PBRM1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PBRM1 antibody A301-590A. For blotting immunoprecipitated PBRM1, A301-591A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PBRM1 antibody (Product # A301-591A; lot A301-591A-5) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PBRM1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A301-591A-4) and rabbit anti-PBRM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # A700-019). For blotting immunoprecipitated PBRM1 (Product # A700-019) was used at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
