Western Blot analysis of ANP32B in Human Tonsil lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using PHAPI2 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142043) at 0.2 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.
