Immunohistochemistry analysis of Prostate Specific Acid Phosphatase in paraffin-embedded human benign prostatic hyperplasia. Samples were incubated with Prostate Specific Acid Phosphatase Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96000) using a dilution of 1:50 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
