RACK1 Antibody (PA5-79319) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RACK1 using anti-RACK1 antibody (Product # PA5-79319). RACK1 was detected in a section of A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-RACK1 antibody (Product # PA5-79319)overnight at 4°C. Its main function is to recruit PKC and various other proteins to specific locations to form multiprotein complexes, mediating various signal pathways. RACK1 is required for VANGL2 membrane localization and for PTK2/FAK1 phosphorylation and dephosphorylation.
