Western Blot analysis of SGCD in Human Heart lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using SGCD Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142694) at 0.3 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.
