SOX15 Antibody (PA5-48044) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SOX15 in immersion fixed human plasmid-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSK3). Samples were incubated in SOX15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48044) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
