Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SRP9 antibody A305-455A-M (lot A305-455A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

SRP9 together with SRP14 and the Alu portion of the SRP RNA, constitutes the elongation arrest domain of SRP. The complex of SRP9 and SRP14 is required for SRP RNA binding.
