TMF1 Antibody (A303-227A) in WB

Detection of human TMF1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMF1 antibody (Product # A303-227A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TMF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMF1 antibodies BL11537 and A303-228A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMF1, A303-228A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time 10 seconds.
