TOMM40 Antibody (PA5-78325) in WB
Western blot was performed using TOMM40 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78325) and a 39 kDa band corresponding to TOMM40 was observed across the cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), SH-SY5Y (Lane 2), NK-92 (Lane 3), HEK-293 (Lane 4) and SK-OV-3 (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX).
