TPRKB Antibody (MA5-26407) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human lymphoma tissue. To expose target proteins, 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a TPRKB monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26407).

TPRKB is a component of the EKC/KEOPS complex that is required for the formation of a threonylcarbamoyl group on adenosine at position 37 (t6A37) in tRNAs that read codons beginning with adenine. The complex is probably involved in the transfer of the threonylcarbamoyl moiety of threonylcarbamoyl-AMP (TC-AMP) to the N6 group of A37. TPRKB acts as an allosteric effector that regulates the t6A activity of the complex. TPRKB is not required for tRNA modification.
