TUBB2B Antibody (PA5-48314) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TUBB2B in HepG2 cells. Samples were incubated in TUBB2B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48314) followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

MA1-82191 recognizes class III beta-tubulin whixh is reported to be restricted to neuronal tissue. Clone TU-20 has been used to investigate tumors of neuronal origin including neuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma. Class III beta tubulin has not been detected in tumors of non neuronal origin.
