TXNIP Antibody (PA5-23485) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-TXNIP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-23485) and a 43 kDa band corresponding to TXNIP was observed across all cell lines and tissue and increased upon treatment with H2O2 and IGF1 in HEK-293 while decreased upon H2O2 treatment in HeLa.
