APOL2 Antibody (A305-617A-T) in WB
Detection of human APOL2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from NCI-H226, HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-APOL2 antibody A305-617A-M (lot A305-617A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
