Western Blot using CD64 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81386) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: RAW264.7Membrane Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 43 kDa. Observed band size: 40 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
