CSF3R Antibody (MA5-24339) in Flow
Flow cytometry of CSF3R in Mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Gr-1/Ly-6G APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody. Samples were incubated in either (A) CSF3R monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24339) or (B) Rat Anti-Mouse G-CSF R/CD114 Monoclonal Antibody followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody.

CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms have been found for this gene, with three of the isoforms being membrane-bound and the other being secreted and soluble.
