Claudin 17 Antibody (MA5-24150) in Flow
Flow cytometry of Claudin 17 in A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Claudin 17 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24150) or isotype control antibody followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
