DDX18 Antibody (A300-636A) in WB
Detection of human DDX18 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg for WB) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDX18 antibody BL3018 (Product # A300-636A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX18 belongs to theDEAD box helicase family, which contains one helicase ATP-binding domain and one helicase C-terminal domain. DDX18 is induced by Myc and Max and is involved in splicing and nuclear export. It is reported to be differentially expressed during viral latency and at early times after induction into active replication.
