FGF16 Antibody (PA5-47988) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of FGF16 in immersion fixed human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells differentiated into cardiomyocytes. Samples were incubated in FGF16 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47988) using a dilution of 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

FGF-16 is a heparin-binding growth factor that is a member of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-16 signals through FGFR 2c and 3c. FGF-16 plays a role in the development of the central nervous system.
