GRK5 Antibody (TA890122) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GRK5 (RC209137, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GRK5 ra. Positive lysates LY401636 (100 µg) and LC401636 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

GRK5 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates the activity of a variety of G protein-coupled receptors and the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes. The protein phosphorylates the activated forms of G protein-coupled receptors thus initiating their deactivation. It has also been shown to play a role in regulating the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
