HAUS3 Antibody (A305-738A-T) in IP
Detection of human HAUS3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HAUS3 antibody A305-738A-M (lot A305-738A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. HAUS3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HAUS3 antibody BL23035. For blotting immunoprecipitated HAUS3, A305-738A-M was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
